Comments of chapter undefined of Kill the Sun

Everytime Julian is in the story I keep thinking of Trailer Park Boys.

I think; Julian gains zephex from corrupting people. I also think, Julian works for a separate adversary, and based on his nonchalance upon learning Envy's rank, i believe he is of the same rank. additionally when I say corrupting, I mean change, which it uses to corrupt but would explain why it can seemingly change how people interpret it

What I find extremely strange is that Julain didn't know about envy. Maybe he isn't a specter ? Like we know extractors can also Control zephyx like the ones from Ghosty's or Gemini (forgot which one) and that seems very strange that he didn't feel the burst of zephyx from the emergency signal
