I hope he doesn't choose a daker path of power just cause he can and not the optimal balanced path just because the Venerable One has so much Edge. A lot can happen in a few days but I hope that he doesn't sabotage the Main's and therefore his own progress just because he wants to be evil for evils sake. Balanced between his longest lives is always better, so I hope the Emperor reigns in his more evil choices until Main wakes up.

At this point, it is not defensible the idea that Aqua doesn't have multiple personalities. This is totally different to normal Aqua. He even have a different way of thinking than Aqua. So, the Venerable is a different personality from Aqua's mind. It could have not be the case if Aqua was just influenced from his former experiences. But, he is not. He just went to sleep while the Venerable took control of the body. Let's hope there is no NTR with this other persona, that is not Aqua at all.
