Wording of this perks is just bad, its terrible. Learning ability above average... here you go, you learn things 52% faster than most people... it is above average.

Should have made the perks "random" too. With magic, if you survived and can be healed at all, then it can be healed, healing twice as fast if you are dead is pointless, if it can be healed, magic can do it anyway. It just seems like a stupid chose, either you explained it poorly or the MC is a moron.
