Charlotte probably came after hearing gossip and rumors about him with Lady Furina and trying to get an article, while Clorinde was probably sent by Neuvillette to evaluate Isaac and see if he a threat to Furina or has any ulterior motive. Also don’t be afraid to take a break after feeling burnt out. Last thing you want to overextend yourself with a good story on going. This is genuinely one of the best Genshin story I’ve read. :)
