This is honestly disappointing me reading this, it seemed interesting at first but then the mc spends the “entire” time doing nothing but talk to his assistant and the readers. Nothing else, it wouldn’t be a problem if it was every now and then he did those but when it’s all he has done so far and it’s making it difficult to read. (Not trying to be rude or anything, just sayin how it feels. This has potential but as it is atm it’s frustrating)
Sorry if my story disappointed you. I structured it this way because he was alone in the room, which is why he was conversing with readers and his assistant in his mind. Being an extrovert, he couldn't remain silent. Additionally, I intended to provide a basic introduction to 'Edmund Hart' and his life in the previous world, as it is going to play an important role. Don't worry; in the next chapter, he will start interacting with other characters and taking action in the new world.
