Well shaws powers and extremis, mc is becoming more dragon like. But like this. I read this in some fanfic that dragons kinda suppress magical energy of their opponents, idk if that is true for marvel dragons but with shaw’s powers he can obtain a mutation that nullifies powers within a certain range, and release a poison that temporarily nullifies power maybe even permanently destroys powers later on. Or create an energy lock that disables all kinds of energies in certain area around him. 👍
