I think, you should first focus on Michael and his family/relationships, currently all the fighting of different parties doesn't not match with the current state of the story, by making Michael grow you will have more options for story lines and different branches.

It seems to me that the MC does everything too quickly, he has just started training, if you give him a few months he will be as lethal as John Wick and as strong as Captain America. The MC already wants to do robberies now, but this is not a game, in a game they can hit you with 20 bullets and you regenerate in a few seconds but here they shoot him and he can die.

Can you put an auxiliary chapter with pictures of how the main/important characters look like? Cause some characters (like Amanda) look ugly in the game.

Why not spend some time with the family after the heist? Let things cool down,you know? (maybe a vacation to what passes as Hawaii) Then,after a couple of months,which you can do a series of time skips in between getting to know Michael's family, continue the action part of the story.
