Honestly.. I feel like this fight doesn't have much depth or logic, and i will point out why. 1. Tang Yin's cultivation is much, much higher, several realms higher, so it doesn't make any sense for him to even be hit, let alone thrown back. His mind is Divine, his reflexes much faster, and overall a superior being. And yet, he is pathetic, and getting scared for nothing. 2. A Law is a Law, a concept, not cultivation, and it should only be used to the level that their cultivation allows for. The Heir of Deth being able to contend with Tang Yin's cumulated power is absurd, when taking into account his Law of Control. 3. That strong blow he gave to the Elder should have disintegrated his body, after all, MC is strong enough to contend with 8000 higher world cultivators, and yet he is fighting a small little god in a lower world, and barely damaging him. 4. The Law of Deth should only be dangerous if it touches you, and if it cannot, what would matter is a person's own cultivation. Control neutralizes it, so it should be a contest of cultivators, which feels pathetic if this is all Tang Yin can do at his level. With these points added up, it feels to me that you're trying to force a fight between equals, when they're simply not. There's no longer any distinction between cultivation ranks, and it feels like a forced brawl between a panicked kid and some OP monster... Like the roles have been reversed. I could have accepted if he could have used the Law of Deth to absorb the attacks and erase them, and yet he took a full powered attack with his body with barely any damage. Absurd and hard to believe, also inconsistent.

I get that, but, my point is that a Law of Death doesn't increase your awareness, mental capacity, speed, strength. It allows you to end things and people. His foundation is still his cultivation. And strictly based on foundations, Tang Yin is 100x above him. He took one of Yin's strongest hits with his bare body, unprotected by a Law. Why was he not turned into mush? Cause at some points, the laws were eliminated, and MC landed hits with his top power. A Law doesn't give speed if it's not the law of speed. or strength if it's not the law of strength. So the concept of Death shouldn't make his body, speed and awareness stronger. Whatever it is, a level 10 can't fight a level 100 if that's all you compare. Cancel the death law with control, and lvl 100 should hit like 100 on lvl 10, which is 1 shot. This is my logic here.. If every Law allowed someone to reinforce themselves in all aspects then what would be the point of cultivation? So, that's why it doesn't make sense to me. The way you wrote the fight was inconsistent and lacking in logic.

Deltta:As I say, it's not just not falling into the cliché; it's doing something different from what we're used to; it's a different concept of the cultivation world. The Tang Yin Higher Realms are just one galaxy in a whole universe. They haven't even understood the concept of 'Immortality', so naturally, they are far removed from what it means to face an Heir of a Primordial Law. They control a Primordial Law, which was born together with the universe; how could they be basic beings? I can tell you that they are not governed by the normal Laws of the World, and there is a very important reason for this to be so. It is true that a Law is governed by the concept it represents; in all the novels that is so, and in this one, naturally, it is so too, but from the beginning, I am trying to use different concepts for each important thing in my novel, it is not to avoid falling into cliché, it is simply because I like to create new things and here the Primordial Laws are more important than you think.
