I would like it if it slowed just a bit. I would like to hear about inventions and the process to make them, the reactions to them, and the changes they made throughout the world

you're doing great, the mc is really smart i hope it will stay that way, just slow down a little

just a suggestion , make a movies in India using mutant as the mc and make a movie where the audiences can sympathize with the mutants mc like Elsa in frozen (Elsa isn't the mc but u get what I mean)

I have an idea for the mcs name, you can keep his same savant but mainly use that as his hero name. In normal conversation just have everyone call him Sav or somthing.

I like the pace. You just need to slow down for the important ones. If it's too slow no interest. So far so Good.

The different POV are a great idea, you don't have to make them a whole chapter but different perspective will only improve your world building.
