I had a feeling the author was gonna pull something like this. Your really going to use wordplay to blow up the novel's central premise and replace it with the plot twist that Ganalla was friends with an interdimensional enity aka god and this was all a scheme? I still cant believe it after having a whole day to think it over. The presence of close to zero foreshadowing also leads me to belive the author doesnt really have a plan and just regurgitates whatever comes to them in the moment and hope it all plays out nicely. The building blocks of a great novel are present but instead of focusing on constructing a deep foundation author is more interested with one upping themself with ever greater and more pompous plot twists.
