hahaha, no way do you put it in warhammer, although there are things more powerful than the gods of chaos such as the well of eternity, the gods of chaos are still multiversal entities, not to mention the dangers and lovecraftian-style entities that exist in warhammer (especially in the halo and ghoul stars) unless you have a very, and I say very high power, the protagonist would not survive (and that is without counting the possible assassination attempts, either due to alleged heresy or because of a noble wants, and that's without taking into account that the mechanicus will probably try to steal your technology)

mass effect would be interesting have him take his own colony of force users to that world and aid in creating civilization with his teacher if still has memories of him at the time when or if they meet.

I'd recommend mass effect or halo. 40k should be end of series because at that point he needs to be a god to change those fates

Personally I think star wars is an extremely rich universe and staying on it is slightly enough.

I find a multiverse of different sources can easily ruin a good story. if you decide to go through with this idea, i hope you don't include it into this story. And start another fanfic and have Gavin explore the multiverse in that one to keep it from spoiling your already successful story.
