Great chapter, i usually don't like time skips but I think you did a fantastic job. And I understood the reference.

The punishment seemed a bit excessive and its kind of stupid that he didn't keep any of the bet money back for himself so now he still had to do off jobs for gas money? the point of the bet was to sort his money problems.
