Why do you think Shikamaru would only be able to do 1 or 2 Rasengans? Meanwhile, an 8 year old Konohamaru could make a dozen shadow clones and spam Rasengan over 10 times. You expect me to believe child Konohamaru has more chakra than Shikamaru? Konohamaru doesn’t even have a special bloodline. He may be the grandson of the Hokage, but he has nothing going for him.
