Reading all of the writer's story always feels like a slog. I think that only masochist enjoy these kind of stories.

All of this is unnecessary. What kind of idiot willingly jumps from enslavement to enslavement by another name? Countless breakouts have been committed over the years in Brockton Bay. They could never manage to keep any of the capes behind bars or even transfer them to the Birdcage. I find it interesting they in fics like these, the PRT is incompetent and loses non-stop against all the villains, but when it comes to any MC in fanfiction, they’re hyper competent and manage to stop the MC. It’s basically forced plot to make them join PRT. When, in reality, the MC should just leave Brockton Bay to let the heat die down, and travel the country like the Slaughterhouse 9 to build up his powers before he returns to take revenge.
