oh so its in the background kinda thing? btw will there be some timeskips to canon? also will he join some guild? ie thieves guild ,darkbrotherhood/emipre side of quest, companions(after all you said he will be quite good with a sword and physically ) and imperial/stormcloak factions

Rastislav:He almost knocked himself out by not even fully using it, this wasn't him mastering it but merely starting out. As for the eye he does use it most of the time, he is progressing very quickly relative to other mages

I hope you make it realistic that the more words he unlocks, the stronger his "voice" becomes, so he would have to before from talking at all, unless he wants to yeet someone off of the "throat of the world" when he says something untill he is able to completely get it under control.
