What does Crystallization Upgrade do?

Question. Michi still has plenty of money thanks to the platinum coin....so why does he go crystallization? He could just use those points to get 1/40 exp. That way his speed will be x800 instead of x400. And given that he is entering in only the first floors he could just give gram to Roxanne and let her do all the killing. After all she is his slave and she would expect him to do so. It would be quicker if the one who does the heavy lifting is a lvl6 beast warrior (and has combat experience) than a lvl1 hero (who doesnt even know how to fight properly with a sword).......right?

Question. GIven the level up system its obvious that Michio will try to level up all his jobs so that he can get the packs.....But will there be new jobs from reaching max lvl50 on jobs like villager, merchant, farmer, gambler, etc?
