this is turning into solely romance, him giving giving others stuff because he likes them and revealing his secrets while not acting intelligent, the last few chapters were either his thoughts or harem quest but he didn't actually advance or gain anything with the system that is still somewhat boring where he gains knowledge from Nie Li but doesn't use much of it, even if he's not evil he's still a villain or antagonist but doesn't feel like he is anymore, if it's going to focus on this you can change the title to "TDG: I replace Nie Li and take over his harem"
Xiao Ning Er practiced with the Winged Lightning Dragon technique shorter than in the novel, but she was still 1-star Bronze rank, so soul forming isn't impossible. When she heard that the one Shen Yue liked was actually her, even over Ziyun, and that she could rely on him from now on, it meant a whole world to her, thus her emotions were incredibly strong. (in the novel she's the same, seeing that Nie Li gave her 'a meaning for her to live on')
I think the pace his strength is increasing is too slow compared to the level he should reach in the bet. And what's worse is that he has the resources to change that, first, the pills: He used a pill once and it was still a pill bought from the Association, presuming on the fact that he didn't sell the best stuff and have better recipes, so, he having thousands of resources, so he could buy a high level pill recipe from the system store and make better pills for his personal use. Second, him, someone who came from the earth, with no cultivation experience, having the opportunity to buy the cultivation experience of a high-level cultivator but he doesn't buy it?! Instead he decides to learn for himself?? It should cost 10 points for the protagonist's cultivation experience, and with that experience his cultivation will be more efficient so why not buy it and he does it himself instead? It's the same as deciding to learn alchemy without the system being one you could buy
