The first strength and intelligence perk are kind of bad. Since it's a stat perk, it should be more generalized like 20% increase in stat or strength 20% physical damage including melee weapons and for int it should be 10% increase in effect of spells, not just healing, another option was cost reduction. 20% os unarmed damage seems more like a close combat mastery. The second perk for int is okay, although I think the MC should have learned it bi himself.
