Not very useful. If he uses it at 10 and needs 10 years to fully integrate canon will end by then and he will even leave this world so not very useful at all. If it was any race it would be much more usefull

U do know that after template is complete all skills and everything becomes permanently mcs with no equipping and so on? That is a basic thing about a template. U complete it u get everything , why bother completing them if to use some skills u need to change them every time? That is just waste of time and effort.
