How good is Richard Dragon? I don't really know this Character, but the MC praises him so much, although Batman has mastered 127 Fighting Styles and created his own based on them. Is he like the Iron Fist with Supernatural Moves or just the Ultimate Martial Artist like Shang-Chi?

The training will be hard knowing how good of a martial artist Richard is.

Why he didn't make a 3d printer or some nano bots to create drones. He will waste less time

I smelled a big problem when the author revealed all his ideas, I mean because the MC said that the DC world is where anything can happen, there is a possibility that the author will make a plot twist regarding technology and biological weapons later. because maybe it's the type of writer who doesn't like all the plots according to MC's wishes? or the writer will indeed create a storyline according to MC's wishes based on the preparations that MC has prepared from an early age which is different from Bruce Wayne/Batman from childhood who didn't know anything about the future
