mei can give bullet idea that he can use that quirk to give knowledge to mei about how to give people quirks or he can get himself a tablet that can give him quirks etc it has no ends except your imagination

Got it, but then couldnt he just order the Quirk to be fixed? Bc that should and must be inside the spectrum of its powers.
AgentMonke:Its not reality warping. It's very difficult to explain. Basically, he can give the Air an order to get hotter or disappear from an area but he can't change 'AIR' to something that isn't air, that would be outside the confines of his order. You can bend what 'AIR' is but it still has to be 'AIR' in the end. He can't just say The Air in front of me is Hot lava, but he can say 'The Air 10 feet in front of me will explode' so for changing his genealogy... I'm not too sure. I don't think so?
