I think Hitogami’s ability /curse had something to do with it. Like he has a special ability that makes people far more likely to believe what he says. It just didn’t work on Rudeus since he wasn’t from this world

That was so good! It was about time that fuc*er hitogami started acting against Rudy again. The sara betrayal wasn't expected, my monke brain thought in the harem direction again, but this is better writing. If I am not wrong I think Randolph should've attacked too, but maybe he decided not to after getting his food appreciated? that'd be cool!

I hope that after Rudeus wakes up, he tries to recreate his Healing-Magic that he used on Paul to discover that now he can use Advance Rank Heal & Detox Magic through chantless incantation. This should pave the path for Rudeus to master Chantless incantation for Divine & Barrier Magic as well.
