As for your question, I feel that this Eris is being a bit bratty. I mean, canon Eris is impulsive and short tempered for like forever, but I'm sure at that point of the timeline she's a bit more level-headed. Or not cause Rudeus left her not otherwise so she didn't make the decision of growing stronger by herself but rather jumped into the idea, but do what it feels correct to you mate.
