It sounds like he is making a World/Realm/Universe Ring. I'm not clear on if legend is higher or lower than mythical, but if he succeds, it should be ranked as the higher one

What effect would it have if nick repeated words. Let's say nick put one fire enchant on and it could summon a flame, would 5 summon a wildfire.
