Thanks for the chapter. It seems that Jin prioritizes technique master over improving his raw power. The System is converting most of his Chakra into Ki so he should have all the benefits the Z Fighters have. Yes he mastered 10x Gravity, but Z Fighters have as well in 1 year or less. Nothing wrong with him focusing more on technique, but when will he start pushing for more power?
