Ok… so definitely not all enamored with the Lord at this point… I am hoping he changes (I think he will). But I’m glad he recognizes the truth about Thomas and Katherine. I am also hoping whatever Philip will pull will be soon, when Rhain is nearby to protect Daisy. He may think he is being possessive over her as his prey, and whatever he needs to get his brother back, but I think his view will change eventually…

Oh jasmine!! This is definitely a twisted male lead you have created for the first time 🤣 I get that their kind view the world differently from the way they talk. The hunt and chase and all of it is part of who they are, especially the older ones who seem to preserve the old ways, how they used to do things. I got that predatory vibe from him early on, where he seems to enjoy her discomfort. He has a mixture of masochism and sadism 🤦‍♀️🤣. He needs help, but I am sure you can help him with your expertise in psychology jazz 🤣🤣

Hmmm. Well THAT was an interesting chapter. I love that we have a complicated, and perhaos difficult to love ML. We will struggle along with Daisy to like him Lol!

I think, at this point, most of us knew that Rhaine was a vampire. Why did you spell it vampyre, too? Is there a difference? Anyway, where is his brother and how in dahell can Daisy get him back? If Rhaine can't get him back why does he even think she can?

I absolutely looooveee this type of ML- they are in it for all the wrong reasons but then find all the right reasons and simply can’t help but fall for the FL who doesn’t know why but just can’t help but want the guy that she finds to be dangerous and bad news when she is logical about it but her heart and 🐱 are pulling her toward him anyway lollll
