dont know if you the author know this , but america does have discount and 1 dollar theaters for poor areas/people in america normaly these places get the movies after a couple weeks/months after the big channels stop running them,. dont know how much movies can make from them tho. know in the 1970's these places were a nickel and they made their money from selling popcorn/soda. in the early 2000's it was uppped to 1 dollar
