This book is amazing! Mar-Yue might just be the most annoying female I’ve ever read about but the book is still amazing
You’re right I did come to like her, and my annoyance disappeared whenever I found the reasons for her actions. I’ll admit I was hasty. Anyway, keep up the good work!
Tsetth:Thou you'll prob warm up to her in later chaps :)
Really enjoying the tone, Author! As long as Sol keeps his edge when needed, it’s good to be reminded he’s just a kid learning how things work. His innocence has been a great contrast to his trauma, rage, and willingness to do violence; however particularly in the last couple of chapters introducing the idea of finding new community, romance and more adult concepts seems appropriate to the age he’s getting to. It’s also a more balanced approach to character development which feels less forced and more like it’ll transition as the story progresses. Although I have to note that hair doesn’t actually grow that fast (unless it’s a hidden plot point or something to do with his parentage)
