Honestly all these things he is doing like making a newspaper is not going to do anything to improve his clans image. Instead it's going to ruin it because someone can just point out they are printing biased news and are trying to manipulate them. Also him being proven false after all those allegations and his confidence severely hurt his reputation among the other clan heads. At this point I am still wondering what they are doing in Konoha?
