I just realized that Hela would fit really well in the world of the Witcher, in part because of the conjunction of the spheres opening doors to various different worlds. Also, dragons of the Witcher-verse are in some cases known to take on human forms at times.

She does have a limit and it depends on the world I put her in, for example in httyd she's OP because no dragon will ever challenge her because she can control them, and if they could they would have a hard time getting through her scales, but here in the monsterverse were challenges are all around and some of them are on the same power level as her i.e kizerghidora, Godzilla, Muto prime, she'll definitely struggle and earn a few battle scars.
