MC still hasnt learnt HAKI yet? Not even observation haki which is the easiest to learn? With his talent, it should take him a week or less to learn Observation Haki, and Armament haki a month or 2.
Everyone doesn't know because they dont know he was framed and he keeps that to himself which I wish he wouldnt.

Is the idea for this chapter that Vegapunk hasn't discovered that if seastones are attached to ships allow it allows them to avoid sea monsters? Otherwise this would never happen.
