You would have been better off making him a Viltrumite, Saiyan, or maybe even your own original superhero character. The fact is you did very heavily nerf the Kryptonian race. If you just admitted it, you would get less criticism. That isn’t to say I don’t like your story. This is constructive criticism. You could just say the ROB nerfed his powers because you’re in a low power world or something.

U are really putting effort in tecnical stuff but there were a few errors in them C is not low lv ( i know some people now call it low bcz of manual memory management but it is because standard for high lv have changed now) Network is also a component of computer and if u want to go technical in this fiction, this will the biggest problem with it. As ssl was introduced in 2000 so no encryption is possible for network communication and Hawkins was constantly monitored so it will make it hard to avoid traces. Also I am not sure what u want from the computer but from the things u listed it is imposible to make drastic changes as processors are ICs and it will be impossible to make with heat ray as there could be a speck of dirt left on IC(contained rooms) and also space is out of option as radiation there will contaminate the IC
