I will say only one thing. The power level scaling is hard in boruto, so if you are going in the road of sharingan, jutsus kekkei genkai, Don’t. Most of them are useless agains the otsutsuki. Maybe self made jutsus or jutsus like chidori, rasengan might be useful.

instead chidori, i think it'll better for him to learn shiden. it doesn't need sharingan and be able to use in middle range, so it won't require too much chakra.
