Is this a Artoria X MC paring. Also what war is he being fought summoned in is it fate zero or fate stay night

So am I the only one picturing Aston joking with artoria over her food intake or am I just weird?

I'm hoping for Artoria and MC pairing. Say at first he served her because she was King Arthur, but eventually fell in love with Artoria hence why if she sacrificed herself for the Kingdom, he would sacrifice himself for her. Just what I put together from these 2 chaps, I'm hoping it's true.
