For his Semblence I would go either with something offensive, like a penetration ability to pierce through material easily (kinda a mix between Rubys phasing part of her semblence and Yangs power boost), or to complete the trio of speed (Ruby), attack (Yang) and defense (would have to be MC), that either gives a hardening or power transfer (transfers power from body into the ground for example).
