dude he will be a lord by then off a pureblood family he would be protected by all the laws in favour purebloods. so it makes no sense for him to change/hide his name
the status at the bottom needs to be fixed but overall good chapter one thing though is try not to fluff your chapters with the status all the time like if there's major changes sure but overusing it can take away from the story
