I mean.. These should be memories that show the past and solve some mysteries, but instead we read almost 2 chaps about some boring random fight that doesn't help with anything. Feels like instead of following the main flow of the memories, we start with side stories that don't mean much.

I said, not as important. Knowing how strong a god is at this point will not change the story much. Because, he is too weak for even intelligence to work. Whether before that chap or after that chap, if a God wanted to erase him and his people, he could only beg another god for help, while his intelligence would be worthless. What i want to see, is him actually growing so he can handle things himself. Let alone defending against a God, he can't even escape one. So knowing at this point how strong a god is doesn't help him. He wasn't that reckless in the first place. In fact, it creates an inconsistency i would say, since White Flame was pathetic on a level i can't begin to explain, whith same Omni body. Even if his divine power was low, he had an indestructible body and got manhandled like a chump instead. So, no, knowing how strong Gods are doesn't help much at this point, since in any possible way, MC could never have done anything about it, even if he was Einstein himself. What would help, would be for Orion to stop being a politician, and focus more on training, since he grows so slow that he basically stagnates by this point. I can't believe the little focus there is on that, with his talent. Also, I am sure that with or without that fight, everyone was sure that nobody in the village could handle a god even if they all fought together. We can imagine the scale of power when it comes to gods ourselves, without seeing them fight. It's not like they're a new concept.

Royalpanda:I don't understand when you say 'they don't mean much.' This is to show you how powerful the gods are, considering who Orion's current enemies are, Aegis of the Arctic Deity's past, which will also reveal the truth about why he was within the mountains with White Flame and the others, and Naka's identity. I'll like you to explain why they don't mean much.
