One of the things they left unexplored in the manga and anime was building an empire of supply routes and owning plots of farm land by winning it in shokugekis. We already know that the golden age of Polar Star was when they were well supplied and influential due to Joichiro's generation. Would be cool if the author made it apart of this story.

Just don't let the heroine be Ikumi. Maybe Erina, or Ringo, or even Alice is fine. If he stays with Erina, Soma could stay with Megumi, i think they are a good match

Soran puts on his arrogant master act for Vegetarian society at Totsuki academy, which Vegetarian club chef Shido didn't like it at all.
