Time skip: That was a good idea, even this was a bit too many details (for me at least, but only borderline). I hope this is just the start so he has to deal with the annoying things, not something a person with his powers\system, would like to spend his life doing. As most things are, once it starts and he has money he can delegate most things and with AI (a smart one), to monitor everything for issues. As for your concern for not realistic? I personally thought its realistic enough. Don't give your MC stuff (and you haven't this time) but he can earn it, even if it means cheating: Going to another world to get a super advanced server, some super serum so he doesn't need to maintain physical fitness, a place to learn knowledge easily (worlds that have memory transfer), stuff like that. The stuff to stay away from is: Free money (Here, take: 10 bill $$), fully functioning tech (knowledge is fine but not working space ship, or star trek synthesizer), unless you have some plans for him to work on reverse engineering it (himself to start, and it was hard to get that one item and he wont likely find more without building it). Balance: Special item? Hard to get + rare. Easy to get? Useful but not world breaking. Anyway, it's going very good in my opinion, release rate is a bit slow but otherwise quality is great.
