How would it work with worlds that have a multiverse already. can you travel between the world's in that multiverse without the help of the library

Love da chap! I especially like that mc can use systems from other stories to upgrade himself. Also, can you increase your tier without changing race? For example, if someone goes into Chinese myth and steals a peach of immortality, like sun wukong, wouldn't they go up one or two tiers? not only immortality but incredible feats as well. Another question, can he go into games? if so, BioShock can help for genetic/"magic" tech, and there is that one girl that can travel universes in there. so if he gets her hair or something, then he can visit different worlds even after not being allowed in the library. Or that girl from the witcher as well, who also goes to different universes, though he would be constantly hunted down through universes unless he nips the problem in the bud.
