Really enjoy your story but the structure and pacing of your story needs some work. Scenes changing left in right, no established start and end and sometimes just random events. Not really was to put this before I posted my comment but it was pretty obvious that it was EMIYA who he called Archer. He is pretty much the most well known Archer and if it was any other, Alex would have called them by their name. Its similar to Saber, when one thinks of Saber, its Arturia.

I hope alaya goes into the shop following archer then D who happens to be there with Alexander gets to torture her into selling her abilities then giving him the coins .... Nooooooo don't let archer by the shop assistant.. let him use his coins to goto Olga's world and be her prince consort let him have his freedom. Plus we don't need all his possible future waifus ntring the Mc for his shop assistant so f archer. His shop assistant should be a tsundere or goudere (one who sees their loved one like a master and will do anything for them example is Albedo) who won't ever betray him ... D is more like a sadomasodere she doesn't count towards his tsundere quota (likes playing tricks/manipulating their loved ones upto torturing them is a sadodere... but because she likes being tormented and humiliated masodere (rape/powerlessness fetish) she's actually considered sadomasodere).
