For real, the one person who was suposed to be sacrificed because of her real pure soul, the one that was supposed to be pratically a saint was reaponsible for this? If it was just linley father that had the ideia and did it alone i could understand, but her knowing and not stoping it is already too much for me, you really didn't give a f% to canon.

The author's ability to write things is really good. But it struck me as absurd that a soul as pure as Linda would send an assassin after two children. If your plan was to create a conflict between Linley and Ace, you should have done so by staying true to the main story. I'm sorry to say goodbye to this novel.
