You had me with this story, right up until the whole joining the Kingsguard and being betrayed and sold into slavery. Like, huh? Talk about the number one thing a King would never do. If he wants to betray a Kingsguard he would just have them killed. Either publicly or quietly. All selling someone into slavery does is open you up to reprisals later. Either from your lords or the Faith, or from the person you enslaved. What’s even the point? It’s like you just want to manufacture a reason for the MC to hate Viserys and have it be “understandable.” Just have your MC start an empire in Essos. Keep it simple stupid, as the saying goes.
I honestly can't make heads nor tails of this story, there is no consistency in who or what, it's too short in chapters for this pov stuff that I believe is going on. So mentioning extra plot points when it's still unclear what actually is going on and who the mc is, that's kinda redundant as of yet.
I think you should subtly like by mentioning 'the threat' and all, this will also create a sense of anticipation as what might be the threat, what is going to happen in the future to come. this will make it look more imfactfull but in a nut shell loved this chapter much love❤️ will wait for the next chapter.
