Comments of chapter undefined of Injustice: The Path To Hell (DC Comics)

I feel like I've read this before; even the events are the same: the conversations the MC has with Barbara and the background about Black Mask messing with his life. I'm sure I read this chapter, especially this part, where the arguments and events are the same and only the name of the MC differs. Did you write a book about this MC with a different name and delete it?

Like, is Dead Stroke going to give him the super soldier serum and train him, and he will have a special magic bloodline? He will become a mercenary. 

I can't believe that barbara forgot that the people who deals out the so called justice of the law are also corrupt in this city. What use is arresting people when the ones holding them are corrupt
