keeping it real with you dude the title says mounts the world, you should have him take the whole world before worrying about adding in extra stuff like orcs. there is alot of stuff no one writes about in the east of essos. and the two unexplored continents like southoros and ulthos, apparently in Brans dreams dragons are still around the shadow lands so maybe a dark Dragonlord family to have some dragon battles. lots to do in the vannila world before adding the DLC in my opinion.

I don't know if it's a good idea, but how about adding Myrcella to the harem and putting Tommen or Tyrion as the new head of the Lannister house?

Yes but id make them like some kinda hybrid or something that came from the giants. So when he finds them he has both. Can blame it on breeding or the magic of true north mutated them to adapt wouldnt make them as cannibalistic as real orcs and maybe smarter too so adapt better to society
