The only thing I don't like here is what you did with the power scale. Namely, the gap between genin and chunin shouldn't be that big. I'm wondering if you will strengthen the Kage to make life even more difficult for the main character. If so, it will be more absurd

The difference of strength between chunin and genin is too big,I mean I get the chunin being able to beat multiple ordinary genin but Takuma,Nenro and Masaki are all elites close to chunin
