honestly I like this story but man the mc is utterly worthless at just about everything l I know he has only been in this place for about 7 month's and had to catch up on about 4 years worth of lessons but man what was the point of his 7 month's hardocre training plus also his worry over his future score does not make sense for instance since he has 3 chanses to complete the test and if Takuma improves every single time he does the test by a significant amount won't he then bee highly praised or even valued since he will go from bottom tier trash to say top ten or something that will definitely earn the praise of his instructors and fellow ninja
this trash story is a slice of life officially. the author is literally going to draw things out through three separate evaluation and training sessions. Any other competent writer would have the training and evaluation all done within 15 chapters. The MC isn't progressing at all. Nobody wants a talentless nobody as an MC. fiction is meant to be an escape from reality not more of it. You might as well right non-fiction because this reads like a dry day to day newspaper journal.
okay so I get that the MC is trash, but I don't get why the author keeps making him go through all these tests in excruciating detail when he's obviously going to fail. It's putting a hat on a hat, we already know how bad he is and how behind the rest of his grade he is. at this point the best thing that could happen to the MC is to be held back a year. No amount of training will get him up to speed when he really just doesn't have the skills or mentality of a Ninja. Even if he somehow manages to pass his tests eventually he will be so low rated he's going to end up doing the ninja equivalent of peeling potatoes.
