As you said there are too many characters in MB like Kansa but is he important to Karna's story? Like Krishna and Kansa has their own thing going on and so I think that you won't be having to spend considerable time on him. Similarly you can skip a lot of characters.You introducing those 4 girls and the fox was super interesting, and I can see they are going to be big part of Karna's story in future.Any suggestion if I can give is not to drag an arc for too long. Avoid filler content, a chapter should have content instead of just words. You can plan and spread out arcs properly. A short timeskip of even two years will make us readers feel like that plot is progressing.And time and words given to a character should be proportional to the impact of the character on karna. Put more focus on main cast and less on side ones, as I'm pretty sure main cast is going to be big because of harem.Though it's just my personal opinion, you should do a QnA chapter to see what your readers feel so you can plan the plot better.
