hey man, I was playing with a Idea, you know that cultivation thing where the people sit an meditate tho grow stronger, I can't think anything besides whow dumb that concept is, so i remember the giant dance from nanatsu no taizai so came to me a training tecnic who resoule around a dance, first all user have a diferent dance, the base tecninc is more to find your own dance, to find your dance you have to control the flow of any kind of energy you use and sinc with your body moviments be it by symulating a old fight or doin a kata(a fight coreografy) of the user preference by constantily doing it the use will eventualy enter in a trance where they will see an enemy who is the perfectly counter for they fight style and start to hear a music who is the own universe singing for the practicioner, so hile fight doin th eneergy flux I'd say before the user you get stronger while perfoming what in the real world is seems as a dance
