I would say no harem as most if not all MHA fics are harems, so I think you should just stay with a single heroine.

hope the MC is not presented as perfect in every situation. I see that often and think it's a bad quality. he should fail at some things or fail at goals, and maybe a bad personal trait. That makes him more human. and when he's successful at something, it's more meaningful Other characters should also have their strengths in which they are better than the MC and some focus on characters sometimes to make the world seem more alive. those would be my suggestions. I'm looking forward to the next chapters. great work so far.
